Compass Young Adult Program

The Compass Treatment Program has 24 beds.

Flynn O'Malley, PhD, directs approximately 28 mental health professionals. Each patient is assigned a treatment team led by a psychiatrist. The team also consists of a psychologist, social worker, rehabilitation therapist, substance abuse/addictions counselor and nursing staff members. Other clinical staff are available to join the team to help meet the specific clinical needs of each patient, when needed.

The Compass treatment team is highly experienced in providing psychiatric care and treatment for substance abuse and addictions.
