Each July at the beginning of the new fiscal year, The Menninger Clinic recognizes all employees for their length of employment service. Anniversary groups receive special recognition and awards when they attain five, 10, 15, 20 and more years of service.

The Patient Care Services Department recognizes National Nurses Week each May. The events honor all staff working in all professions involving Patient Care Services— nurses, mental health counselors, activity therapists, pharmacy staff and chemical dependency counselors.
